Background and Credentials
I’ve always been fascinated with work. If we all have to spend so much time doing it, surely we should know how to make it great? And what is it about some organisations, teams and leaders that just get it right?
So I spent some time hitting the books to understand more:
MA Psychology – Trinity College Dublin (2003)
MSc Organisational Psychology – City University, London 2008
British Psychological Society Level A & B Qualified (2008)
Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership & Executive Coaching – Kingstown College, Dublin (2020)
Chartered Organisational Psychologist – Psychological Society of Ireland
And I set out to work across sector and industry, from start ups to global corporations to see cultures of all types in action:
FMCG
Financial Services
Tech
Public Sector
Civil Service
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, I spent most of my 20s and 30s living in London – where someone once told me I’d cut my teeth. I’m still not sure what that means, but I was certainly lucky to have some brilliant experiences there – finding out what really makes work better. (Spoiler: it’s all about the people).
Now I’m back in Dublin, I spend my working life teaching teams and leaders to build strong cultures, manage change and lead through the AI revolution without losing their humanity.
My work combines psychology, storytelling, and real-world experience to help organisations work in healthier, more sustainable ways.
And my most important job of all: I’m a mum to two boys. So, my weekends are mainly spent ferrying them around and enjoying the great outdoors.
